The Town of BWG proclaims December 3rd as International Day of Persons with Disabilities⁠

The observance of the Day is an opportunity for the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury to make a renewed commitment to the fundamental principle that people living with a disability are entitled to the same rights as everyone else, in support to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities⁠.

Join the BWG Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Committee (DEI) for their Open House! The DEI Committee welcomes you for an evening of community outreach and relationship building. The event will have activities for children, and refreshments!

Established in 1999, York Simcoe Nature Club is a group of people who share an interest in natural history and conservation. Our club serves Aurora, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, Bradford West Gwillimbury, and King Township. 

Our general meetings and speaker presentations are on the second Tuesday of the month, 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Meetings are held at St. James The Apostle Anglican Church, 18794 Leslie St, Sharon, ON 

Our December Speaker is Rosemary Martin from the University of Toronto presenting Winter Survival in the Insect world.
